          I usually jog every morning. Last month I did this regularly. I even jog twice a day, one in the morning and one at night. Each jogging session last for about an hour and a half. But now, I'm kinda missing this routine. poor me.

              @cadler:

              Everyday twice a day except Sundays I only hit the gym once on Sundays! ^-^

              Nobody in the world needs to work out that much apart from bodybuilders.

                  Gym, plus ride a bicycle everywhere, which is practical in a city. That's about 40 km a day, though.

                  I eat like a damned horse.

                    **I run 10 miles every morning and work out with my trainer 5 days a week doing cardio and weight training. Really it is a 24 hours a day, you just have to have the mind set, watching what you eat, walking instead of driving, etc etc. **

                          i try to activate every day even if it's just taking a brisk walk, and i found this to be a great guideline: http://www.cdc.gov/physicalactivity/basics/adults/index.htm

                          • like someone above said it is a bit of a 24h mindset-thing; taking the stairs in big leaps, getting up from the computer to stretch or jump around frequently etc. just giving your body the best it deservesss  :cheers:

                            I use life as my excercise… As of late, it's been forcing me to beef up my upper body. I have no set routine, and no set guideline....

                            Somehow using this method, in a little over a year, I have dropped from 245lbs down to only about 150lbs.... And I'm only 5'5" hehe.... Can you imagine what I was looking like back when I was in the 245 range? It wasn't very pretty to say the least.

                                Current routine is 3 day working out, rest for one day, then repeat.

                                I do weight lifting, with legs, chest/delts, back/rear delts, arms in that order and repeat.

                                Change my routine every 6 weeks.

                                          4x Week for at least 30mins doing weight training; I don't take me workouts too seriously because I don't want to get too big just fit so I just focus on completing 30mins and if I have a lot more energy I continue to 45mins to an Hr 😄

                                            Go 4 days a week. Cardio to start then machine &/or free weights. Different parts of body on different days.  Trainer sets up program and keeps me honest.
