One time I knew a straight guy who was fairly cute. I think he was confused about his sexuality and was lonely. I could maybe have made a pass when we were both drunk. However, in hindsight I probably wouldn't have. It might be "taking advantage". If he was curious just out of lust, then I would. But he seemed unhappy.

I think you can become infatuated with an idea of someone over the Internet. The feelings can seem very real. However, I don't believe that the feelings are actually real. It's an illusion.

I had acne until I started taking Accutane earlier this year. I didn't have it as a teenager. Only started having it at 19-20 (after everyone else has lost it!)

I see some guys at the gym with acne who are beautiful. If you are cute and have a nice personality, I would date you regardless of acne.
