      First thing first: You are going to the gym to do your routine.  Don't give much importance to how other people look at you (unless you are doing an exercise wrong)  Also, focus on yourself, and keep away the pervy thoughts.  You'll get used to naked and seminaked men and then there will be no 'hard on emergencies'.

      I'd say, go to the damn gym, get a trainer to explain you the basics and possibly some dietary advice (bodybuilding depends on BOTH exercise and diet), once you get some knowledge you can try exercising on your own at home when you can't go to the gym.

      Last advice, did you thought those muscled, delicious men were born that way? NO!  At some point in time they were fat/skinny kids.  So don't give a damn if someone calls you a nerd….. :hug2:

      I agree! If you stay home you won't have proper equipment to workout plus you need someone like a trainer to explain you the basics of the movements and how to prevent injuries.

      You can't lose fat in specific spots, your body gets slowly leaner and leaner all together. the spots where you store more fat are typical of men and it will probably be the last place where you are gonna lose it. Be consistent with a workout plan and a diet, drink a lot of water and avoid alcohol.

      Steroids have terrible and unpredictable side effects. If you have bad genetics and train without consistency they won't work anyway.
      If you wanna improve your physique you should start a period of bulking eating more calories than you consume and go to gym at least 3 times a week lifting weights. After 6-8 months if you want more definition to your gains slowly cut down calories and add cardio to your workout. 😉

      If you don't drop your bodyfat percentage under a certain point, abs will never show up.
      So you should have a caloric deficit diet and a good workout plan involving cardio and abs exercises.
