@mihaig110 happened to me in the past, in my case i did not even mention anyone because my torrent was a collection of a bunch of random small creators that nobody really care about. It was super weird that there was a request because no one could possibly be representing any of the featured people... Because no one was mentioned.
Keywords certainly play a role, images can also trigger the dmca bots. In my case I reuploaded the exact same torrent file, didn't change a byte, created a generic title that was still faithful to the content, and provided no preview whatsoever. there was a thumbnails folder, so people could still have a sneek peak. That one torrent is still up.
One reason why you don't see users bringing this up is because it is against the rules, this topic will most likely be locked soon. There really isn't anything we can do, it is the dmca lottery and some of us are more lucky π
