Wow - Damn thats a lot of time u spend in the gym. I cant really do that. im socially anxious but i try to get in 2 cardio units a week. I just do the EMS training twice a week. i guess i have to set up a new shedule.
Yeah i use it, it has a slight relaxation thing going. even for a short time it works well for bottoming if u havent bottom for a while to help you ease up a bit.
