Here is a program for using tags easily. 

program name: Torrent Tag Editor ver. 0.9 (HTML5/CSS/JavaScript)
contents: TorrentTagEditor-n.html, style.css, script-n.js
requirement: none, I suppose.

If willing to try using, please follow the steps below.
1/ create a new folder in your computer.
2/ download the source files of attachment (.txt).
3/ locate 3 files into the folder.
4/ remove ".txt" from each filename's extension.
5/ open the html file on your browser.

The program is totally safe, but maybe has some bug (I hope not).
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yes, you can. I tested dl/ul with using seedbox and (free) vpn at same time.

I'm using seedbox for a while and changed the provider once, got no trouble with GT.ru. 
That was before I joined staff, so you don't have to worry.

Browsing of other members' comments is depend on their privacy level setting.

Please note, reporters.
When you find duplicate torrents, check the both torrent-id instead of timestamp.
Original torrent should be smaller id numbered.
