So when is a duplicate torrent not a duplicate torrent?  The rules say that a duplicate torrent must be the same size and movie format in order for it to qualify as a duplicate.

Clearly the first torrent is a duplicate it just has the 4 jpegs deleted from the file making it 1 meg smaller.

Do you want rigid rules or people who share? I know two sites where I won't even bother trying to share because their rules are unintelligible.

Every torrent that has been downloaded should have screenshots…provided by the downloaders. If you have the movie, and you do if you've downloaded it, you can make some screenshots and upload them, anonymously and get some points. The major job has already been done by the uploader.

Honestly I think I'd rather have the upload and do my own research than wait for a "meticulously crafted description"

Correct me if I am wrong but there is nothing about 'rigid' rules on this post.  There was a suggestion regarding obvious issues with a part of the site and a motion for a possible solution.  No one hinted or suggested any form of rigidity.

Far be it GT.ru has and operates a rigid handbook, it is quite the opposite, the problem however is that what rules there are, are either not enforced at all or given such a wide birth that there is no incentive for any uploader to follow what rules exist to begin with.  No rules you end up with massif amounts of complaints.

I don't think anyone is asking for more rules here just ways to make things better for the sake of waning quality.

Its a shames you have let so many people waste their bandwidth downloading the same torrent twice (or more, considering they are duplicates of duplicates).  I was one of them, I want it back.

And to make it worse both the uploads are already duplicates from 5 weeks ago so now they are duplicates of duplicates and still seeding 19 hours later.  Hilarious  :cheesy2:

To be honest it was reported 9 hours ago and a mod did respond to it.  The reason given to why he/she would not take it down was because of all those who where taking the uploads (in other words all those taking both uploads not realising they where the same video).  9 hours and counting later members are still taking them.

Can someone help me understand why these two uploads are still active and visable on the site?

This is the situation.

A video that has two models in it.  The uploader creates two separate torrents, one with pics of one model and the video and another with pictures of the other model and the same video and posts each torrent file as separate individual posts with separate titles and descriptions.  The torrents where posted at the same time so they appeared on the page after each.  Obviously a scam.

Comments where left from people who downloaded each separate torrent (including myself) and reported.

Seven hours later both torrents are still visible, active and continuing to seed with members presumably unaware that they have in fact downloaded the same video because the snapshots, title and description are of two different models.

How is this within the rules?

I don't know but there is something unbalanced about the glorification of death designed to beat off to.  Yer yer I know its not real but does that make it any less glorifying.  Why would any site want to host fake rape or fake death for the purpose of sexual titilation.

How to categorise your uploads as 'straight' or 'Bi'?

But it is amazing sometimes how much info you can get by just looking at the file name that is being posted. I have seen torrents titled 'Twinks Fucking' where the file name gave the studio, names and much more.

And there should be barely a torrent which has been downloaded that doesn't have pictures. Once you have downloaded a file, it is child's play to make thumbnails and upload them. All anonymously and with added bonus points

A Perfect Example

No proper title, 24 completions but no-one has added screenshots and the filename gives studio, title, date

The question to why this is still available on the site is what everyone should be asking.  "Don't be mean to the new members, they don;t know what they are doing"  I hear it time and time again when in fact its the same uploaders posting the same BS 12meg files, no screenshots, wrong category and generic files names and descriptions.  What point are the site rules and guidlines when the site does not enforce them?  Just don't have any at all and be done with it.

I reported this 20 mins ago, its laughable, the uploader knows how to provide screenshots but adds a 'no screenshot' image,  I reported him a week ago, I guess the polite nudge from the mods didn't take?
