So when is a duplicate torrent not a duplicate torrent? The rules say that a duplicate torrent must be the same size and movie format in order for it to qualify as a duplicate.

Clearly the first torrent is a duplicate it just has the 4 jpegs deleted from the file making it 1 meg smaller.
