Let's not forget that the state of New York created a temporary law change specifically so she could sue Trump.

As @blablarg18 pointed out, her side used the same language we saw in the Alex Jones trial. It wasn't about truth but about punishing someone the left doesn't like. It reminds me of the Antifa lawyer who threatened the jury if they found her client guilty.
