      @aadam101:

      All other insurance is underwritten based on race?  Huh?  Can you provide an example of that?

      I said "underwritten", which means they use risk factors to determine costs to each person.      Obama-care does not do this, but every other type of insurance does.

      Race may not always be specified, but location is.  People tend to clump together based on race.

      I bet if white men were being subsidized by other groups, SJWs would be protesting to change that.

      I think this is only for the US aka Amazon.com.

      As to Amazon destroying cities and towns, people shop there because it's quick and easy, without the hassle of trying to find a parking space. Also, prices tend to be cheaper and you have more selection.

      You can blame Junker for big corporations not paying any taxes in the EU.  As PM of Luxembourg, he made it into a massive tax haven.

    • RE: How the Election Affected Queer Teens

      Part of the problem is all the gender politics and idiotic BS we have been seeing the last 10 years or so.

      We have a 52yo man claiming to be a 6yo girl.

      We have Bruce Jenner claiming to be transgender, but a "heterosexual lesbian" because he's all man and attracted to women.  Eddie Izzard is identical to Bruce, but he admits he's only a cross dresser.

      We have Talcum X Shaun King and Rachel Dozehal who claim to be trans-racial.  TYT is rewarding Shuan King for his fraud.

      We have Dakota who claims to be a "gender terrorist".

      We have Elliot Cope who claims to be a transsexual male, but only dresses like a girl, her actual gender.  She needed to cause a fuss by being a special snowflake and had to use the boys' bathrooms.

      We have Milo Stewart who claims to be transgender but has no masculine side.  So how is she/he anything other than the girl she was born as?

      SmuggleyPuff false flagged her high school by spray painting anti LGBT graffiti.  Later we see her/him punching a reporter and then attacking a retired couple who were walking their dog at an anti free speech rally.

      We have TrigglyPuff who's a university fat acceptance lecturer who calls everything she disagrees with "hate speech".  She says that anyone who won't fuck a fat person a "fatist".

      We have otherkins who claim to be dragons, wolves, lions, etc, etc, who are trapped in human bodies.

      NYC has criminalize misusing a person's "personal pronouns", even if done accidentally.  $125,000 fine for each accidental case and $250,000 for doing it on purpose.  This is any made up words a person claims is their personal pronouns and they can change them at anytime they like.

      Canada is going to pass C-16 which is the same as above.

      There are countless examples of these freaks.  These are the ones that people are going after, not normal LGBTIs.

    • RE: Now, the GayMafia has decided who can and cannot identify as "gay"

      GAY needs to be taken back from the SJWs and drones.

      We fought for the right to be different, not to be part of a hive mind.

      If we decide to given in to these scum, then we need to fight to add "gay" to everything (election forms, opinion polls, etc, etc, etc) so they can auto fill in the forms for us.  Which of the infinite genders will we use?  Will we still be gay rather than pansexual, since not being attracted to the opposite sex is sexist, but only if the opposite sex is a woman.  What do us white men do, since our hive mind hates us simply for existing.

      So many questions.

      @royalcrown89:

      Once again, this is irrelevant since John Lewis is not the President of the United States. He is not our commander-in-chief, nor has he campaigned to be. He is a Civil Rights hero who nearly died for trying to bring Dr. King's dream to fruition. As you know, Dr. King was indeed murdered by a racist white man in connection with the American government. You can say all you want that the actions of this country's past have no effect on our lives today, but they actually do. Now we have as you put it, "a douche bag" in the White House who is nearing the point of out of control. The things he are doing are beyond partisanship at this point and as a result, millions are now on the side of he is not our president and he does not represent us. Those of us who wanted to give him a chance have been pushed away by his actions and will be active in urging our elected leaders to impeach him when the time comes. There will be no honeymoon period for his first 100 days and there will be no peace with him in office.

      You can't have any discussion without having it be about race, can you?

      John Lewis is a CONGRESSMAN and a proven liar, as well as a partisan hack.  If you took off your racist glasses, you'd see that.

      Trump is a douche bag, so what?  Other Presidents have been douche bags.

      @royalcrown89:

      @aadam101:

      But your premium isn't based on how many services you are using.  The risk adjustment process isn't taking into account the risk of each individual person.  Medical underwriting was eliminated under ObamaCare.

      African Americans account for a higher percentage of heart disease and diabetes cases.   Should we charge them more?

      I wish you hadn't asked that question because now we're going to get a racist response from him. …................

      Uhuru, Y'all

      So it's racist to say that medical insurance should be underwritten like all other insurance?

      What is racist is to say that whites have to subsidize the health insurance of black people.  Blacks would have a hissy fit if they had to subsidize white people.

      Like with feminists, you claim to want "equality" while demanding special rights/treatment.

      I keep forgetting that you can't have any discussion without declaring anyone who disagrees with you as a racist.

      ME: I like yellow cars
      YOU:  That's because you are racist

      ME: I like cookouts in the summer.
      YOU:  That's the most racist thing anyone could say

      Yada, yada, yada

      The article explains that the demarcation between being "gay" and having same-sex desire is a societal claim. So people claiming "gay" requires Thiel be on board with all the political leanings of gays buy into the recent societal prescription.

      YES, the hive mind.  I hate the f'ing hive mind.

      But that this label in itself is meaningless to the origins of the term and only recently used as a definition that includes behavior outside of same-sex attraction.

      I gave 2 other examples of words that have changed to mean something else.  Words and phrases do that over time.

      Every stat you look at shows that women use more health care than men, hence why women paid more.

      Every stat shows that women, while having more accidents, they are at lower speed, thus costing less, hence they pay less.

      Every stat shows that women live longer, hence they pay less for life insurance.

      Obama-care has men subsidizing women's health care, but men don't get subsided by women for the other forms of insurance.  It's the feminist version of gender equality.

      Heck, the BBC fired a woman doctor because she said that men need to stop going to the doctor so more women can be seen, even though she admitted that women were already the vast majority of GP patients.

      Obama-care is anti-male sexist.

      Unlike every other form of insurance, Obama-care charges everyone the same amount regardless of need or want.    Women use a lot more health care than men do, yet both are charged the same amount.

      Until all insurance goes gender blind, then this is discriminatory.

      The EU went gender blind because women got butt hurt about having to pay more on certain types of insurance, but then had a hissy fit because other types of insurance went up to match male insurance costs.

    • RE: Now, the GayMafia has decided who can and cannot identify as "gay"

      @remydrh:

      No, that's not what they meant, what they mean is, that to most people, "gay" is seen as a collective thing with specific traits. That you have to be in the hive according to society's explanation. But that Tiel rejects that expectation.

      Sorry, but being gay is nothing more than same sex attraction.

      So they aren't making a judgment call. They're just saying you can be whatever you want without fitting into the gay "mold" or the hive mind as you put it. Because "gay" is a label, not a real thing. Rather than attack Thiel's position, they're explaining his mindset: I can love men without being "gay" and this is why he also rejects the usual political activism. They're doing the opposite of what Breitbart claims, they're attempting to explain why Thiel can be so contrary to what people would expect from a "gay".

      Is he "gay" by the usual definition? No.

      Does he like dick?  YES, so he's gay.   Just because he or I don't wear assless chaps and dance in the middle of the street to YMCA doesn't mean we are not gay.

      Is the gay definition meaningful? Only as a societal construct to lump people together. It's a term used for this that's probably less than 100 years old. (Anyone else remember the Flintstones having a gay ole time?)

      Fag is/was a stick and later a cigarette.  Queer meant different.  So what?  HuffPost demands that gay no longer exists and that we are all queer now.

      Are there people outside that construct that reject it? Well obviously.

      AGAIN, just because I'm not clubbing until 4am and taking it up the ass behind the dumpster after the club closes, doesn't mean I'm not gay.

      So why is Thiel so hostile to gay political goals? Because he doesn't identify as "gay" in the accepted definition.

      I know gay people, who fit the lifestyle collective, who are against the "gay agenda".   We have plenty of them here as members as well.

    • RE: Now, the GayMafia has decided who can and cannot identify as "gay"

      @remydrh:

      I got super long winded again.

      TL;DR

      The Advocate says this:

      Peter Thiel is not "gay" in the sense that the term is loaded to mean a single homogenous community that must be a certain way, act a certain way, dress a certain way, vote a certain way. Thiel rejects this definition of gay. The definition of "gay" as understood today is a social construct and not real or even long-lived historically.

      Is Thiel a homosexual? Yes. He likes dick.

      I do not think Thiel would disagree.

      Sooooooooo, the Advocate is advocating what I have been saying for ages.  Being "gay" is a hive mind thing.  I guess I have to turn in my "gay" membership card then.

      We fought for the right to be different, but Generation Special Snowflake has decided that "different" is evil when it comes to the hive mind.

      Beyond that, he never apologized to John Lewis nor did he prove John Lewis wrong.

      Did Rep John Lewis apologize for lieing to the American people about never missing a Presidential inauguration before Trump?    Maybe he's too senile to remember that he skipped GWB's 2001 inauguration because he too was an "illegitimate President" according to Lewis.

      You need to go back to that PDF, specifically page 5.

      You are right that on 7 Jan 2009,  GWB did a civil filing.

      HOWEVER, in the paragraph before that,  it says that in July 2009 the AAG declined to file criminal charges.
