UMM, it was the Democrats, under Bill Clinton that gave the US it's most homophobic laws the US ever had; DADT, DOMA and RFRA. The Republicans didn't give us anything like that when they controlled both Houses of Congress and the White House.

Despite the case directly involving the Clean Air Act, it applies to all EPA powers.

The ruling says that the EPA only has as much power/authority as directly given by Congress.

I can see that this ruling will be used for all other federal government departments, banning overreach.
