do not shampoo too much. if you need to use shampoo, dilute it with water and use only a small amount.  take advantage of your scalp's natural oil by combing your hair from root to tips using a round end brush. this will bring out the shine of your hair and will make your hair healthier. avoid using gel or mud products. opt for oils and waxes. goodluck!

i had jock itch when i was a teen and the dark pigmentation stayed in my inner thighs until 2yrs ago when i found in the internet a home made  scrubbing recipe that scrubbed out the dark pigmentation between my inner thighs and even my armpits. just mix baking soda (NOT BAKING POWDER. thats different) and virgin coconut oil into a thick paste and rub on wet skin with moderate pressure on the darkened area. you can do this when you are already wet in the shower but before you use your soap so you can rinse it off. you will notice a difference after 5 applications. the darkened patch of my skin is almost the same color as my thighs.  do not overscrub though and it is best you use it around twice a week to help your skin recover. it's like a micro dermabration treatment at home. goodluck!

i agree. gay marriage shouldn't be that important to us mainly because gay couples have survived centuries without the benefit of them being legally recognized. gay marriage in my opinion is more of sticking the middle finger to society at large rather than be what real marriage is all about -love. love is not a right we have to fight for. love is not a legally binding document we have to sign to prove it. if anything else, gay marriage is more of a financial convenience as the couple will benefit from lower taxes, etc. there is also a looming problem caused by gay marriage and that is gay divorce. can you imagine queens in the courtroom fighting over who gets the fleshlight? also, how sad is this?:

i agree that bronze age mysticism should no longer prevail in our time and in the future of humanity. it had it's purpose both good and bad. what we need now is to move on away from all outdated and debunked beliefs, stop listening to people who claim that god talks and works through them, and throw away the hate taught by religion. let us start making a more progressive world with real progress and a more enlightened society.

former roman catholic turned agnostic-atheist here. all 3 abrahamic faiths (christian, judaism, and islam) all teach that homosexuals are an abomination to their god, hence all their teachings are heavily against homosexuality- its practice and its followers and those found out will be sentenced to death if the relious followers are to strictly adhere to their ancient holy scriptures (islam does kill homosexuals literally). this is one of my excrutiating mental and spiritual debate until i came to a conclusion that since the god of abraham wants me killed, i'd rather not have him as a god since there is no place for me in his "love".

surprisingly as i discovered on the way that a lot of people with physical defects wont be making it to heaven either if their scriptures are to be followed word for word without the benefit of mistranslation and personal interpretation. but thats no longer my business.

open your eyes, open your mind, open your bible and REALLY READ it. do not interpret it. read it just like you read an ordinary book.

being active in sexual activities i follow my social health doctor's advice for 4x a year. i have no problem with that since testing is free in my country and it also alleviates me of worries since i include the other std tests with it by paying a small amount. i really recommend having regular tests.
