Echoing an original comment here, isn't it amazing at how well even short apologies work ("sorry, it was a bad day, and I was a bit flip . . .")? Early in my work career, an opposing party in a deal did exactly that after some uncivil (and bad) behavior, and it cleared matters away as well as a Spring shower. And it cost him nothing, in the end . . . . I remember it to this day.

All right, I found out that it was MY mistake with the "not showing green arrows" issue I thought I have. I am sorry that I did not look properly before I posted about this problem.

But the problem with uTorrent is still there that I can't solve.

@MrMazda the second solution fixed it or something. i uninstalled with those 2 torrent dns trackers. its good now

You MUST CONTINUE SEEDING YOUR TORRENT until at least three or four other members have completely downloaded the file and can continue seeding for you.
If your torrent has been fully seeded w/ 3-4 seeders ...
It is fine to stop and abandoned your torrent, you can also edit delete your own torrent if you no longer wanting to share before 4-5 days ...

@pawpcorn Thanks, and it also helps to remember the "active / including dead / only dead" pulldown next to the Search button.

My wishlist was growing and shrinking, "mysteriously" until I realized that some torrents go back and forth between active and dead, dependent on who is seeding at the time.

There was an exciting movie that I wanted to be first to upload, so I turned on QTM and filled in all of the relevant information and pictures but waited until it finished downloading from the source. Did a quick check to ensure it played and had the correct subtitles and time as listed, then hit that button. That was fun!

Someone else did upload the same movie within a very short time, but with a different file format and size - so we both won anyways  😄

6881-6889
Protocol dependencies
TCP: Typically, BitTorrent uses TCP as its transport protocol. The well known TCP port for BitTorrent traffic is 6881-6889 (and 6969 for the tracker port).
