In Chile, it depends on the trainer. Mine is training in freestyle full contact and he charges about 25 USD an hour and it is worth it. I have started back to the gym and he is pushing me hard to help me lose the weight and get into better shape, plus he is not bad on the eyes.

I don't think that there are enough nutrients to be beneficial though emotional benefits might be great.
