Don't feel too bad about failing to identify a single lie in the letter those experts signed. The New York Post couldn't find any, either, despite their prominent headline.

That was one of two things that immediately leaped to my attention when I read the Post story, that and the fact that they didn't link to the letter. If you're going to put in large type on the front page that you're talking about "SPIES WHO LIE," it behooves you to actually come up with a lie. The Post couldn't. And they counted on useful idiots like you to overlook that fact, which you promptly did.

Well, except for one teensy little problem: the New York Post didn't actually identify a single lie those experts told. And very carefully did not link to the letter those experts signed, probably because had they done so, people would have read the letter and realized that that there was nothing to this New York Post story. Edited to add that I don't really mind his antics, since he's his own worst enemy. There is literally nothing I could say that would make him look worse than his own posts do on a regular basis. All you can do is shake your head and move on.

Within 5 days of the story breaking about Hunter's laptop, the same "intel experts" wrote a trying to discredit it. That is extremely quick, for them to have looked into it.

You do understand that this isn't a site like Breitbart or RedState or HotAir or GatewayPundit or whatever cesspool you regularly frequent. We ask for evidence here, evidence that you, so far, have not provided, mostly because it doesn't exist.

It was one meta-study, a study that omitted quite a few contemporary studies that reached the opposite conclusion. So yes, I am going to wait for other experts to chime in rather than immediately jumping on the bandwagon, particularly since the study's conclusions are being wildly over-stated, didn't include N95, and didn't include numerous Covid mask studies.

Not at all. It's call "critical thinking," something I strongly suggest you consider adopting.

To close the loop on this, switching from "Hybrid" to "V1" solved both problems. The padding files are no longer in the file list and a user who was not able to use a previous torrent file was able to use a new file I created with the modified setting.
