The most general etiquette across the various sites, as you imply, is crediting the the original poster by nick and site (if available) or those of the poster you got the material from (when the original poster is unknown). Sometimes you see credits for the guy who encoded the stuff. And when you recode from someone's DVD posting to something smaller, it is outright rude to not credit the guy who spent bandwidth on posting the DVD version.
Or at least, this is my perception of common courtsey.

Yeah, drop the 'young blood' category and go with the categories every other gay site use. Though it is not 'official', certain categories/keywords have become the standard. It's not like a lot of movies will fit exclusively into any single category, anyway.
