@jaroonn I actually have a great knowledge of the law. Ignorant people think that there is justice in this country and judges are competent and unbiased. They are wrong. They also think that lawyers give a damn about anything other than winning or settling cases, they are wrong about that also.
Judges are usually elected. Any judge that would allow a case to be heard that would delay the confirmation of a president would be committing suicide in regards to their job.
Frankly, a president - in this case Trump - should have the power to ORDER a trial by jury.
Far too often, we see federal judges usurping the power of the president and doing whatever they want with the general population.
The judicial system in the USA has become a farce, and they get things wrong more often than they get them right.
