@jaroonn I actually have a great knowledge of the law. Ignorant people think that there is justice in this country and judges are competent and unbiased. They are wrong. They also think that lawyers give a damn about anything other than winning or settling cases, they are wrong about that also.

Judges are usually elected. Any judge that would allow a case to be heard that would delay the confirmation of a president would be committing suicide in regards to their job.

Frankly, a president - in this case Trump - should have the power to ORDER a trial by jury.

Far too often, we see federal judges usurping the power of the president and doing whatever they want with the general population.

The judicial system in the USA has become a farce, and they get things wrong more often than they get them right.

There was a lot of cheating going on in a lot of states. There is cheating in every election done by both democrats and republicans. When someone says "there was no cheating" you know they are lying. The democrats do the vast majority of the cheating. Here is how they stole Pennsylvania in 2020. They also stole Georgia. Just those would have Trump the winner without even looking at the other states. There was so MUCH cheating in that election that it changed the outcome. When you hear democrats say that "60 lawsuits filed by Republicans in 2020 were all defeated" they are lying. Not one of those 60 lawsuits went to trial because the judges were not willing to allow those cases to go to trial.

I think a lot of this trans shit is a case of "the grass is always greener..." I notice that many trans people are ugly or otherwise unappealing and they think that changing their gender will change that - and it does not. It can temporarily change it in some cases by wearing a lot of cosmetics and prosthetics, but when the cosmetics are not on - UGH! Even real females have this issue. I have an adopted sister who honestly looks very attractive WITH cosmetics on. Without cosmetics, she is unrecognizable and damned ugly.

Keep this in mind. democrats always do better in polls by roughly 6 points. One reason for that is democrats have no lives and take the time to participate in stupid polls whereas republicans tend to say "no thank you" and hang up the phone. So, when you see a poll where a republican is even in the POLLS with a republican, the republican is actually about 6 points ahead.

More importantly, in the past, polls were fairly accurate. They were done by calling land lines. These days very few people have land lines. Most people have cell phones. The only reputable poll left is the Rasmussen Poll. The rest of them went out of business. Rasmussen has Trump leading. All of these other quasi-polls done by colleges, etc. are nonsense. Even Rasmussen has a problem finding a credible database of people to poll.
