RE: Women who like Gay Porn
I hadn't thought of the Yaoi side of things… that was certainly being read by girls around me in my school days. It is said romance novel/comic type books are the more popular form of "porn" for women. I suppose what bothered me wasn't that women weren't watching gay porn, but that I didn't hear of them sexually enjoying the thought of two guys together. If I had investigated their reading materials I might've realised this wasn't so. Back then not many girls would have been openly discussing gay stuff as a turn on, though.

Women who like Gay Porn
Growing up it bothered me that many straight men enjoyed lesbians, but the opposite didn't seem true (never heard of women who liked watching gay sex). It made me think perhaps there was something inherently unattractive about man on man to the general population. Then I saw "The Kids Are all Right" where a lesbian couple makes use of a gay porn dvd, was surprised, did some googling and asked among friends and learned that quite a few women, including LESBIAN women, enjoy gay porn. I am wondering if any such women are on this site and if they would care to share what they enjoy about it. This is a topic that has interested me for a long while.
Non-women, feel free to speculate here too

RE: Does political correctness do more harm than good?
As a Uni student I feel like if politically correct language is something you want to use, PC opinions the opinions you want to advocate for, fine that's your choice, no problem. The problem is this is about more than politeness or sensitivity, it is censoring not just words but also opinions. When you start codifying it and enforcing it on other people, as is happening on some campuses, it becomes authoritarian :police: and intolerant of dissent. Like who gave you the authority to decide what can be said/who can speak? You're not only taking away the opportunity of the speaker you are also robbing everyone else who wanted to listen and decide for themselves. Basically taking control for your own viewpoint. I've always thought myself leftist but can't side with ppl who want to control language or shout down others you disagree with, that's just illiberal.
Gay comedian Dave Rubin has a great youtube channel where he interviews guests about this kinda stuff, if anyone is interested. "The Rubin Report"
