I just checked your account and cannon is totally correct in his assessment of your account standing ~ you are far from being in trouble.

However, you are not currently seeding anything at all. In your situation, provided their are no issues with connectivity, the best thing to do is seed 24/7 if possible. You have many torrents that you are the sole seed for that torrent. I promoted 4 of those torrents to the top of the upload list to help give you some activity in uploading I hope.But you must be seeding for this to happen!!!

I watch this topic all the time with out making much comment but 20% from a Bottom makes my dick hard just thinking about what we could get into with my 18%!!!

I think raphjd has the right idea for you with his suggestions. Muscles are heavier than fat and you should "gain weight" with muscle development. If you are a Gym Member they must have someone on staff that could help you with this situation.

The word "community" used here would seem to require a respect for that "community" as well IMHO. Trust me I understand that as Humans we all screw up from time to time and lord knows I have made my fair share of screw ups even as a Staff Member. I would suggest you send a message to the Help Desk directed to F00F with the request that it be forwarded to him as start to repair this situation.

I searched everywhere for your recipe ~ 6-7 sites ~ with no luck at all. However, on Ask.com someone else was looking for another recipe ~ some Asian Salad ~ and the suggestion was to pretend to have allergies and ask what was in the Meatloaf and you would at least have the ingredients if not the proportions. Ten you could at least play with the ingredients and get as close as possible.
