Get a top of the range mattress protector, that seals the entire mattress inside.     Also make sure it's waterproof so any spills don't soak into the mattress.

The average mattress should last 8 - 10 years, but check the label as some are only good for 3 - 5 years, while some are good for up to 20 years. How long your mattress lasts also depends on whether you follow the instructions on its care or not.    Also, if your weight is classed as "non standard" (meaning: you're overweight) then your mattress will need to be changed sooner.

The others are correct, only steam your mattress to clean it.  However, you can also do a light Fabrise (sp?) to freshen the smell.

BTW: I know all of this because we just bought a new bed.   :cheers:

For me, its like every 2 days I uses shampoo. I have thick and curly hair, so hair treatment is a must for me. Routine shampooing, uses conditioner and hair vitamin as final touch for the best result. Problem with hair treatment usually is the laziness  😄 ;D

aloe vera gel. It isn't strong like a wax or a hair gel but It helps the styling if you like more natural effect.

I go between two brands, Aveda Caribbean Therapy Body Cleanser (which has natural oils help moisturize skin) and Molton Brown Bracing Silverbirch Bodywash (which has more of masculine scent).  Depends on what I am doing and going to, is the brand I use.  Usually morning I use the Aveda and evenings more Molton.  Both are on the expensive side.

Yes, It's gone already but gone with the glory. Wii is the winner of the last console generation so xbox kinect is not a murderer. However, his younger brother, WiiU, can't stand the loneliness so he decide to go to heaven with Wii and leave Xboxone and Ps4 behind.
