Daisy Ridley gave a bit better than decent performance.  Michelle Pfeiffer and Dame Judi Dench were the stand-outs.  Johnny Depp was uninteresting - it's hard to tell whether he was intended to be flat and unsympathetic (which is a good directing choice) or whether he isn't all that good at toned-down performances.

I just saw the Kenneth Branaugh remake of Murder on the Orient Express.

I'll say 4/5.  There are some interesting story choices.  The movie looks good: clothing, props, period architecture, lighting.
Some acting is better than others.  The people doing the hair and make-up didn't work.  Hercule Poirot's moustache was visibly fake as was the 'natural hair' of one of the characters in an important reveal scene.

The himalayas don't have mosquitos!  Mountains not jungles for me.

Mystery movie or action

"does X make you happy" is quite different from "do you take anti-anxiety medications" or "do you do meaningful work".  There can be quite a few false positives when people think they should say - "my relationship makes me happy".  But a survey on happiness that then compares opposite-sex marriages to same-sex marriages is more robust.

I'd love to have a look at the actual study.  Where they asking people "Are you happy?" or were they testing for indicators of contentment?

It would be good to see this research replicated in other countries.
