it might be the site or admin disabllng your privilege ...

Re-posting same torrent over and over and duplicated copy in size is a bad thing to do ...
This will upset and impact unaware user downloading files ...
So easy to identify duplicate files through viewing thumbnails sorting in Size/Length/Dimensions [ascending/descending] order ...
