just click on the “Seed Bonus” and it will allow you to select to use your points to increase your upload amount and thus improve your ratio.

Remember that your ratio is calculated as upload amount divided by download amount.
So increased upload will also increase your ratio.

• Seed bonus points can be used to put a torrent on freeleech status for a certain period of time.
  Freeleech torrents do NOT count against your ratio (download amountl) as long as it remains on freeleech.
  Seed bonus points used to put a torrent on freeleech are not given to the original uploader,
  but are instead is a community donation for freeleech by all users.

If you upload a new torrent, you might get rewarded by other users with seedbonus.
