    • RE: Jury instructions conclude in Trump's NYC criminal trial, here's what the jury was told

@raphjd Trump would fire the AG and pardon Baron. I'm still waiting for Congress to investigate Kushner's multi-billion dollar deal with the Saudis. Or Ivanka's making millions from the Chinese.

As I said, rich people protect their own. On both sides.

@raphjd I was in a remote part of the world during the Obama years, so wasn't paying much attention. But if what you say is true, than it was wrong. I believe anyone who breaks the law should be prosecuted. On both sides. And it happens on both sides.

@raphjd Biden has not prevented the DOJ from indicting Hunter. Which they have done.

As far as Congress is concerned, I was taking about the goose chase impeachment of Biden. They've been screaming "bombshells" for three years, and nothing. They've got nothing.

      Congress DOES NOT prosecute anyone.

I know that. You know I know that. And you know what I meant.

Lack of prosecution does not mean there's no evidence. It means there's a political motive.

You are right. Like when Trump pardoned, Manafort, Stone, Flynn, Bannon and company.

It's a game of chess; don't pretend it's only the Democrats who are doing this. Congress has been going after Democrats since they were sworn in. If they had had enough evidence, they would have done something with it. Nothing was stopping them except lack of real evidence.

@raphjd You are right. It's caused people to change their minds...both ways. I don't think polls mean a lot at this point. Anything could happen between now and November.

@raphjd Where to start? Hillary "Lock Her Up." Your side has been calling for imprisoning Fauci, Garland, Buttigieg, the "Biden Crime Family," and more. The difference is you make wild accusations but seem to lack evidence?

So when you gather enough to convince a grand jury to indict. Go for it.

I find it really ironic that right-wingers are screaming "Banana Republic" from one side of their mouths, yet vowing revenge from the other.

      They will answer "uh... what?"

He was convicted of 34 felony accounts of falsifying business records. If people do not understand what he was convicted of it's probably due to the smoke screens that rightwing media and Trump sycophants are trying to throw up by saying "there was no crime."

It makes me ill to watch lawmakers, who have taken an oath to defend the constitution, publicly wipe their ass with it and attack our institutions, all in the service of this criminal, rapist, piece of shit. From supporting him through two impeachments, bogus election fraud claims, and an insurrection, y'all just drop your pants, bend over and scream "GIve it to me, Donnie." This is who you want for President - a role-model for your children.

History is not going to be kind to you.

You are still too fucking retarded to rebut the point

No. You seem to have very poor reading skills because I said; I am not an expert in the field, so I do not feel qualified to offer an opinion. I posted an article which reported on what experts say about the matter, but in typical fashion you dismissed it outright because you didn't care for the source. In addition, despite your not being a doctor or child psychologist, you insist on going on about things you know nothing about. You call it "logic" to compare gender-affirmation care with getting tattoos and whether or not we try juvenile offenders as adults. Well, that may work in your neck of the woods, but in the adult world those are deemed false equivalencies. Have you ever heard the expression "it's better to say nothing and seem stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"?

So you can call me stupid all you want. But every letter you type proves the contrary.

I will agree that's how you see me. It will be my badge of honor coming from a rightwing tool. When Roger Ailes said he was going to people not only how to think but also how to feel, he was talking about people like you. You parrot all those nutter talking heads brilliantly.

Repeatedly, you have admitted that you have no clue.

I never have. I don't see the point of stating the obvious. You repeat that same shit over and over. I thought this thread was about puberty blockers and you have gone back to justices.

So in conclusion, I do not admit I am wrong. I am sure you are wrong about most things. You offer nothing to rebut, and you constantly avoid trying to rebut anything that you don't have a bumper sticker for. I've made several points in my posts, and your answer is about something completely unrelated. I see your tactic. It's what most politicians do. As the say in Korea, East is the question and West is the answer 😉

But you think you are right and oh so clever. But you are very wrong. I have colleagues who are conservatives and very bright. They cannot stand Trump but see him and his followers as useful idiots to do their actual bidding. They get you so riled up over random social issues that in no way affect you, and in no way do they care about, just to keep you voting for them. Then they are free to implement all their policies which benefit the rich and screw over the poor. I remember Roseanne Barr saying back before she lost her mind, that working class people voting for Republicans was like chickens voting for Col. Sanders.

      You are just tools.

As a modern "professor" we know you have no clue what information is.

"We." You mean you three. The Three Wise Men. Or was that the Royal we? Or just you and your fellow inquisitors? I will give you one thing; you do not lack self-esteem. Only self-awareness.

Most people believed that the Earth was the center of the universe.
As you keep proving, even professors are low IQ and low info.

Funny you brought that up. I was thinking, I'm surprised that you are an atheist. You'd make a great Medieval Catholic; you see the world in black and white, and anyone who doesn't agree with you is evil through and through. Your intolerance and lack of compassion are stunning. You would have made a great inquisitor.

I also think you have a very generous definition of "information."
