I understand it's a very natural thing, but is that a way to help someone from feeling guilt after sex?

I can't think of any other ways to explain it! but the idea is that, just because this person is 'this and that' and I'm automatically not attracted to it.

One of my closest female friend confessed to me earlier, we have been friends for so many years! She finally confessed to me a week ago… and ofc I cannot accept her. But the problem is that I remember she asked 'what's the issue?', I honestly can't think of any other than the fact that I'm gay and not attracted to woman?
