I agree, joreilly02! I am thankful to be part of this community and the mods/admins do a great job. It is sad to me to see posts flaming/complaining a mod when they are volunteering time to keep it running

I am in the market to purchase fitness tracker. After research, I think I have narrowed down between Fitbit Ionic and Apple Watch. Do you have any thoughts or recommendations?

I working far away from the city, so don’t have gym. I dose a morning running around a lake here before my breakfast everyday for 40 min. Swimming in the lake 4 times a week. Climbing the rock once a week, climbing the mountain beside my workplace 3 times a week. Far distance walk 2 times on the weekend nearly 50km.

You are my inspiration! I only do cardio and occasionally do free weights. Teach me your ways

That was also my first immediate thought, raphjd!

On one hand, I am glad that he feels able to publicly embrace his sexuality after all of these years attempting to deny. On the other, I am concern that his response was a deflection from the accusation that he molested a minor. In my opinion this is harmful to the LGBTQ community. These issues should not be conflated… being gay is not an excuse to molest a minor.
