Public healthcare is horrible. Some cities are accepting cubans to work as doctors, some of them very unprepared.

Yesterday and today I uploaded two torrents.
It's interesting that the uploads haven't been added to my Ratio. It is frozen in 101gb since yesterday.
Checking in the website I get this amount of data uploaded:

But in my torrent client (utorrent for mac) things are very different:

It wouldn't be possible for me to have uploaded less that the amount of the files, since there are others seeding them.
Can anybody help me? I've been trying really hard to get my ratio up, but I think something's wrong.

Can we upload content that was not generated by us, it's not porn, but that could be interesting for the community? Like music and TV shows?
The rules say: "Uploading Music, Music Videos, Mainstream TV Broadcasts (ie HBO/NBC/BBC), Blockbuster Movies (ie MGM/Paramount), Video Games (ie PSP/Xbox) and Commercial Applications are prohibited."
But, for example, there are some music concerts that are livestreamed and I usually record them (for me). Could I upload them? Some are available in other websites.
