      @blok200:

      @bottom4porn:

      I'm 29 years old and I've only ever had sex with 2 people. Both were from long-term relationships. But I also don't hook-up or have casual sex, so my number always stays low 👼

      than why is your username bottom4porn?  :blink:

      Because I am a vers/bottom who looks for porn, not sex. Hence bottom4porn and not bottom4sex. You can't catch permanent life altering diseases from porn, so I'm a little bit of an addict. And because I go years and years between having sex (it's been 4 years now), porn is the best and safest way to get my rocks off.

      Too many people I know, including my ex-boyfriends have diseases like HIV and HPV, which they got from the men they got into relationships with after me. Kinda feels like they got some instant-karma from where I'm sitting, but I don't need any of that bad karma coming my way, so I don't fuck around with strangers. Stranger Danger is what my mom always taught me and she was absolutely right!

    • RE: Is it racist to post that you're not interested in black/asian/other non-whites?

      @dist:

      I've never been with any asian guys because I've never met any asian guys that I've felt attracted to, so I always thought they weren't my type. But then, one day I got this Japanese co-worker… The dude is a mountain, a fucking hunk, prime beef. And I've been lusting after him ever since, but sadly, he has a girlfriend. So I guess I'm not anti-asian. I'm just anti-not hot.
      Is it superficial to post that you're not intrerested in guys that are not hot?

      Even if it is superficial, which it's not because we all have a different opinion about what we find attractive, who cares? I don't know why people feel like they have a right to tell other people how to think or act and then get upset with other people don't think or act like they do. Get a life people and stop worrying about what other people are doing/thinking, mind your own business! I say be as superficial as you want, it's no-one else's damn business!

    • RE: What do I have to do to avoid baldness?

      I personally started thinning at 23 years old. Went to my doctor and he gave me a prescription for finasteride. It blocks the DHT (dihydrotestosterone) from forming around your hair follicles beneath the scalp, which is a by-product of testosterone. By blocking DHT you prevent more hair from falling out, but you won't really regain what you've already lost, so it's important to start this treatment early and remain consistent with it. I've taken 5mg a day for the last 7 years and I have stopped thinning with zero side-effects.

      If you don't like the idea of a pill, then shampooing with Nizoral (1-2% ketoconazole), which is an anti-fungus treatment, will also eliminate the DHT from your scalp. It won't be as strong as the finasteride, but should work, I like to use it in conjunction with the finasteride just to be safe. You can also buy shampoos that are custom made with ketoconazole in them, but with more conditioning properties and/or natural ingredients for good scalp health.

      Finally the only thing actually proven to regrow and keep you from losing more hair is Rogaine (minoxidil 2%), but you can get many different generic versions of this that are much cheaper than Rogaine. I personally use a generic minoxidil treatment at 5% (again to be safe) and I have seen significant regrowth from using it, but it takes time (6 months - 2 years). This is also a topical treatment and is best applied at night when you go to bed.

      Hope this helps  ;D

    • RE: Is it racist to post that you're not interested in black/asian/other non-whites?

      @MSTRChaos:

      Normally I just kind of lurk… but reading some replies has managed to get my blood pumping so i guess i gotta respond. 😕

      1. No putting "no blacks or Asians or what evs" is not racists... If a guy is not into those races/ethnicity then they just arn't. They all have their "reasons" why they are not interested... some may be shallow some may have deep subconscious reasons. but it is their tastes ... and there is nothing wrong with it (after all if a gay man doesn't like women it does not mean he is a misogynist.) you can't (shouldn't) go around shaming them for their preferences.

      2. To the guy who says its discrimination... That's wrong... you are not entitled to sex with a person... as such if someone does not want to spend time with you regardless if its because of your skin tone, politics, lifestyle, hygiene, fashion, personality. its again their right and you nor i can dictate or should make them feel guilty for whom ever they decide to or refuse to spend time with or have sex with... Rejection hurts. Get over it move on... its not discrimination because again you are not entitled to people... its not like a job where there's an expectation that as long as you fill the qualifications you are entitled to a job, position, seat or what ever. I can only assume you've never experienced discrimination if you think that some dude not wanting to date/sex you because he isn't interested/turned on by your skin color is discrimination. Or you're just some shallow person who wants to guilt some dude into having sex/spending time with you.

      3. To the guy who tried to say that... guys put that because media and society is going around pushing some idea of white beauty... you are also wrong. I'm not saying porn or basic media isn't full of white guys(it is....) although ironically its filled with varying types of guys with VERY different physical appearances to just boil it down to "generic white guys". I mean that the theory that white guys being common in media as the reason for guys (people) not finding "non whites" unattractive doesn't have weight when you consider that billions of guys(PEOPLE) are bombarded with these images are actually attracted to non whites...so that theory doesn't hold that much sway.

      4. You guys also need to take into account that UNWANTED affection (aka someone your not attracted to being attracted/hitting on you) is Honestly the worse. I am a long time sufferer of that. ever since i was 16 (younger too) I've had old guys 65+ constantly hit on and proposition me both on online dating apps/sites and real life. Its like im cat nip for grandpa types.... I dunno if they all have some weird Latin fetish, or maybe my resting sad face makes them think i'm emotionally weak enough to fall prey to their advances. But boy do i get constant barrages of it... (and I've tried to do it with an older guy and i came out of it feeling like i was molested... he was pushy, made me uncomfortable, wasn't even pleasurable and i felt more like i was a living flesh light for his enjoyment then a partner... till this day i have Vietnam level flashbacks and i wasn't even in nam.) I'm a nice person... mother taught me to be polite and i fell into the trap of try it once (stupid green eggs and ham story)plus i was young and stupid. I put on my profile no one old enough to be my grandpa (i actually am okay with older guys just not grandpa level old)and i get messages saying im ageist, people telling me one day you gonna get old and wont have your looks. So i 100% sympathize with guys who state their preferences. and this isn't even takeing into account all the blocks you have to hand out to weed these people out.

      5. People need to stop getting personally offended by things and toss out buzzwords like Racist, homophobia, and misogynist. Im pretty sure 95% of the guys who put no black or what not are not racist. they would never treat someone else like they are sub human (short of bdsm stuffs). or even less then. So to call these guys racist is unfair to people who actually have to experience racism. and its unfair to force people to i dunno date someone they are not attracted to (for what ever their reason whether legitimate , based on ignorance / misinformation or foolishly believing stereotypes) because there's a .000001(gross over exaggeration and i mean it in appearance I.E. a tall Mexican) chance that some individual might be an outlyer in his ethnicity and is not like the others. and he should what? try it. Just like straight people who say that a gay guy isn't gay he just hasn't met the right girl yet to give him good "pussy?" these "no Asian" guys haven't met some Asian guy to give him good Asian dick (or booty) and turn his life around?

      6)  Never mind the hypocrisy of how an Asian guy can exclusively only be attracted to white guys and its somehow acceptable. Its come to a point that when ever i see a topic about racism it somehow only ever talks about or uses white people as an example(as if racism has changed meaning to something only white people can do.) ... and ignores that there are black people who also put no Asians, no whites or no Latino aswell. Or the black guys who only want white guys.

      I totally agree with everything this poster said and couldn't have said it better myself! Thanks for this post  :cheers:

      Personally I am getting really tired of the hypocrisy myself and seeing other cultures/ethnicities (NOT RACES BECAUSE THEY DON'T EXIST) constantly bashing on white people, as though white people are the only ones who discriminate. Meanwhile by centring-out (Canadian Spelling) white people you become just as prejudice, if not more prejudice, than all these white people you claim are doing the "racism". It's really sad and pathetic how people's minds work sometimes. In the same breath they can contradict themselves and use that as "evidence" for their arguments, sad.

      And just for clarification again for all those who don't understand the concept of "race", race in biological terms is defined as:

      (biology) race - a population within a species that is distinct in some way, especially a subspecies.

      *note the "especially a subspecies" part of that definition. If you know anything about human biology we are all ONE SPECIES, there are no subspecies that exist in the HUMAN RACE, therefore it is impossible to actually be "racist". Discrimination, bias, and prejudice all do exist though, and those words should be used to describe someone who takes negative actions against a certain culture, sex, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, etcetera.

      Saying you have an attraction for a certain skin tone, facial feature, or way of life by no means makes you "racist", it doesn't even make you prejudice, it simply means you have a preference. End of story.

    • RE: Is it racist to post that you're not interested in black/asian/other non-whites?

      @Higgs:

      It's not racist, but I would say it doesn't reflect well on you. At the very least, it seems superficial and rather tactless. Or at least, it does to me.

      When you say something in a public forum, people may draw conclusions about you. They may draw conclusions about your depth of character, your intellectual capacity, your personal beliefs, your maturity and wisdom (or lack thereof). They may form conclusions about whether you are the kind of person they would like to get to know, or even meet fleetingly.

      This goes a lot further than just the simple question of whether something is or is not racist. Another poster on this thread has said the following:Personally I would never date a Muslim, won't even be friends with them. And this poster defends this statement on the grounds that it is not racist. This is probably correct: the comment is not racist, but to my mind it reveals quite a lot about the character of the person who wrote it, and some readers will draw conclusions about him (I will assume it is a male - I don't know many women who write such things) on the strength of it.

      Finally, I would add that while it is true that we all have preferences (and perhaps even prejudices!), we don't necessarily all have to say everything that we think. The fact that we may have the right to say something doesn't mean that it's a good idea. There is something to be said for moderating things we say, not only out of a wish to avoid causing offence (what we old-fashioned types used to call 'politeness' and is now sometimes labelled 'political correctness'), but also because we recognise that things we say might come back to bite us.  It's not always bold and brilliant and daring to say something just because it's true. Sometimes it's just being a jerk.

      Yes I am male, and what exactly does not liking Muslims reveal about my character? That I can think rationally and critically about things instead of blindly accepting that everything and everybody in the world is nice/good thing or person? That I prefer to stay away from people who have extreme religious views that could endanger my life? Because those are the only things I can see it "revealing about my character". Just think about the Orlando attack. You don't see Buddhists or Hindu's or any other religious groups committing such atrocities.  So I guess apologize for not being politically correct and having an opinion based on events currently happening around the world, bad me for being an informed citizen  ::) I guess having an informed opinion and speaking about it in a forum that specifically asks about the topic makes me a jerk too… jeez.

Sad how brainwashed some people are… but go on believing your cult-like vegan/vegetarian pseudo-science, cuz I know it had to be someone who's vegan/vegetarian that down-voted me  ::)

    • RE: Is it healthy to drink milk as adults?

      Milk is definitely an amazing thing to drink as long as you don't have a lactose intolerance. If you do have a lactose intolerance I would recommend you stay far away from soy products as 98% of the soy grown is GMO and is owned by Monsanto. Soy is also extremely bad for you endocrine system as it is full of xenoestrogens, which mimic actual estrogen, which screws up your own hormonal balance. This can actually become a really big problem as you can develop things like gynecomastia (man boobs) with long term consumption of any soy products. This is only part of the reason why vegan and vegetarian lifestyles are terrible for your body.

      The other point I'd like to make is that milk is a much healthier alternative to soda, alcohol, and even fruit juice. What a lot of people fail to realize is that our bodies are made up of proteins and fats, not carbohydrates. So fruit juices, although they may contain some vitamins, are extremely high in sugar, whether they're fresh squeezed or not. High sugar foods, like bread, pasta, rice, and especially fruits cause insulin spikes and wear out your pancreas, this is what eventually leads to type II diabetes. Yet another reason why vegan and vegetarian lifestyles are extremely unhealthy.

      Our bodies are actually capable of making their own glucose (sugar) through a process known as ketogenesis, so we actually don't need to intake carbohydrates at all to survive. You could go your whole life without a single carb and actually be extremely healthy, the same cannot be said for going your whole life without protein or fat. This relates to milk because it's mostly protein and fat, which are essential nutrients for your body. Many people do not realize that your brain is the fattest organ in your body consisting of over 60% fat and that every nerve in your body is coated in cholesterol. Without cholesterol and fat in your diet, you would literally compromise your health and risk having mental health issues, neurological issues, or potential death.

      Every cell in our bodies has a phospholipid bilayer that is also made up of fat and cholesterol. This bilayer is what allows the transfer of proteins and fats in and out of the cell, as well as protecting the cell from viruses and bacteria, so a lack of fat and cholesterol can actually compromise your immune system as well. The best meal you could have everyday would be 2 - 6 eggs with a big glass of milk. Very high in protein and fat, low in carbohydrates. Eggs and milk also have some of the highest quality and easily digestible protein available from any foods we eat or drink. This is why they've been considered "staple foods" for much of human history. So the more milk you drink, the healthier you will be, although I personally recommend drinking whole fat milk or fermented milk (kefir). Kefir has 10 - 20 probiotic strains as oppose to yoghurt's 6, making it an extremely healthy drink for your gut health as well. Look into it.

      For anyone who wants to challenge or wants to disagree with what I've said, my mom developed type II diabetes from eating a high carb diet (mostly fruits). I personally see an endocrinologist on a regular basis who has educated me about many of these things. I bodybuild and drink 2 - 3 litres of Kefir and Organic Milk a day and my doctor always tells me I have some of the most impressive blood work he's ever seen and he wishes most his patients were like me because I actually understand proper nutrition. I also did 2 years of biochemistry at my local college. So I kind of know what I'm talking about. I also take in about 300 grams of fat a day, trying to get it up to 400 grams. 2% Milk only has 5 grams of fat for reference, so don't be afraid of the fat in milk, it's good for you!

    • RE: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Switch/Wii U)

      I actually have the Wii U version, and it's absolutely amazing. Probably the best Zelda game I've played since OoT (Ocarina of Time). I've completed 40 shrines and 1 dungeon, although I'm getting brave enough to venture into doing my 2nd dungeon soon, I just want to upgrade my clothing a bit more. The art style of this game is probably the best I've seen and I'm typically a PC and PS4 gamer, although I do have a special place in my heart for Nintendo, even though they can be a really terrible company sometimes.

      I've actually heard and seen a lot of bad reviews about the Switch. Reviewers have complained about the plastic screen and how easily it gets scratched. Apparently many people have even had the dock scratch their screen badly just from docking it once. It also doesn't help that Nintendo says dead pixels are a completely normal and they won't return any Switch consoles that have dead pixels. These are just the main concerns I have and probably the reason I'll stay away from the Switch and stick with my Wii U for the next few years. Plus the Wii U has an amazing game library. What are your thoughts on this since you own a Switch?

      I'm Canadian, but my ethnic background is Macedonian. I speak, read, and write my language and grew up with my grandparents who hardly spoke English and were staunch Macedonians, so the culture and language are deeply ingrained in me and a big part of my life.

      I'd have to say I'm bias because of this and mostly only attracted to other Eastern Europeans, mostly Macedonians, Serbians, Bulgarians, Croatians, Slovenians, Czechs, Slovaks, and Greeks - even though most Greeks hate Macedonians and say we don't exist, I still find their people attractive. I'd have to say though I'm mostly attracted to other Slavic men, or Slavic speaking men. There's nothing hotter than a guy speaking a Slavic Language  :crazy2:

      @warpaint:

      @bottom4porn:

      Although your diet MAY have something to do with it, I completely disagree with warpaint on his points, especially about not drinking milk or eating gluten. Milk should only be avoided if you're lactose intolerant and gluten should only be avoided if you have Celiac disease, otherwise these things can be eaten without problem. As someone who body-builds myself I can tell you milk is highly nutritious, low in calories, high in protein and good fat, and low in carbs, so it makes an excellent beverage versus all the other sugar filled crap people drink. I personally drink 1 - 2 Litres of milk a day and I have zero issues with my bowel movements. It's really only vegans/vegetarians and those who follow their pseudo-science based nonsense that believe milk and gluten is bad for everyone.

      I have to refer to this.
      I didn't actually told him to not eat those things. I just wrote in the bracket that I don't do it. So don't be mistaken. My point was - don't eat junk food, eat healthy. And you can't disagree on that. You just can't.
      If it's about me. Milk - well yeah should be avoided if you're lactose intolerant. The thing is in Poland everyone drinks milk but 90% of us are lactose intolerant 🙂 So we actually handle it but we shouldn't. But that's for Polish people. Of course natural milk is better than sugar filled crap, nothing to add. But it does actually have some influence on you. Maybe it depends on ethinicity okay. I can't describe you in details and on anathomy or chemical reactions why it does but my ex-bf is bodybuilding for like 13 years already and he and his friends know things like that from studies or trainings and I just trust them can't explain you though. It's just fair belief. But I use coconut milk and rice-almond milk instead and I don't think it's lossy. It's like replacing standard oil with coconut oil.
      If it's about gluten of course you can eat it if you're not gluten intolerant. But as I said I'm during the "samurai diet' and I just avoid it. If I can do it I will but it's not like I'm saying to everyone DON'T EAT GLUTEN YOU FUCKER. Cause I get the idea of that's how I came across to you ? Nah of course it's not like that. I'm not the kind of person that would go to the restaurant with my own meal container. I just treat gluten as cheat meal. Maybe in few months I will do another diet and it will all change 🙂 But yeah for know I believe my friends and if it makes my body a little better and healthier - I'll take it.
      If you would say that vegans or vegetarians sow unrest here and there and mostly are blinded by unprecised convictions I would be on your side. They base on a lot of nonsense actually. Recently I heard that meat is harmful. I laughed. Then I cried. Cause stupidity really hurts sometimes. On the other hand my aunt is vegeterian because she just can't stand the killing and she doesn't want to take part of it. But she tries to replace it with seafood and fish and she really counts her macro and uses veggies wisely to fill all the vitamins she need and stuff. So there can be wise vegs too but overall I would say yeah, most of them are deluded.

      And I'm really sorry for overriding the topic. Sorry OP.

      I actually really appreciate that you took the time to write such a long response and clarify your position. I apologize for jumping to conclusions about what you said without having you elaborate further, my apologies. Everything you put in this post though, I totally agree with and I get that same reaction when I hear someone tell me meat is unhealthy. I seriously cannot fathom the stupidity of some people sometimes. And again I apologize for lumping you in with the vegan and vegetarian loonie-bins who know absolutely nothing about proper nutrition or what our bodies actually need to function properly. I won't make this post any longer, because it doesn't relate to the original posters question, but I did want to convey and admit I was wrong for jumping on you like that.

    • RE: Is it racist to post that you're not interested in black/asian/other non-whites?

      It's not "racist" to have a preference or an innate attraction to certain features/skin tones.

      And just for the record, "racism" doesn't exist, we are all the same race - the human race. When people say only into white guys, or only into black men, it's an ethnic preference for those specific features/skin tone. You can't be "racist" when only 1 race exists.

      Personally I would never date a Muslim, won't even be friends with them. Many people would cry out that this makes me a "racist", meanwhile Islam is not a race, it's a fucken religion - well more of a cult if you ask me. But it's something I don't like, so I have every right to not like it and avoid it.

      Honestly this world is becoming WAY TOO politically correct and way too obsessed with not hurting people's "feelings", and it's coming at the cost of people not being honest with other people and turning people into disingenuous fakes. I'll take the ugly truth over a pretty little lie any day. But for some people, remaining in ignorance truly is bliss.

      Now that that's out of the way, you're probably douching incorrectly, which is why there is left-over fecal matter in your colon. When you douche you should try to get a good amount of water into your colon and the water should be lukewarm or warm, but never hot or cold as this can cause sensitivity and other issues. What you want to do is fill up a decent sized douche (250-500mL) and insert it all the way in and squirtit gently into your colon. Depending on how much water you can hold, you'll want to keep adding water until you feel an intense pressure to expel the water.

      It is EXTREMELY important that you lay down while doing this and that you are laying on your LEFT SIDE. This is because anatomically the colo-rectal tube does not go straight up, but makes a sharp 90 degree turn to the left side of your body. If you're leaning or tilting to your right, then the water will not be able to get into and clean out the entire colo-rectal tube and you'll have the very problem you're having - left over feces. So put a towel down, fill up your douche with warm water, lay down on your LEFT side and inset the douche completely and gently squirt the water in. Keep adding water until you feel that intense pressure. Then you need to lay there and hold the water in for 2 - 8 minutes (or as long as you can) and then expel the fecal matter into your toilet.

      You'll keep doing this until the water coming out of your runs clear and you don't feel any more pressure in your lower abdomen like you need to poop. Typically it takes me anywhere from 20 - 40 minutes to complete a very good douching with the water that leaves my body running just as clear as the tap. If you follow my guide you should have no issues. And although I said earlier I doubt your diet is the culprit, it may be good to include more fibre into your diet as this will help, but you don't need to only eat certain foods in order to have a successful douching session. After you're done, and it's done properly, you should be clear to have sex for the next 6 - 12 hours without any issues or worries about something being in there or being dirty. Take a good shower after you're done and wash your hole well, this will ensure zero scent of feces in the area and the top that's with you will be very grateful (if he's a good top and understands what it means to properly bottom).

      Good luck! Hope this helped!

      This is refreshing to hear because I've often thought I'm way too small for anyone to really enjoy my dick, which is 5.5 - 6 (on good days), even though all the tops I've been with have only ever been 6.5 inches max. I've always found between 5 - 6.5 to be really pleasurable, but that's also the only sizes I've had.

      It's strange that I'm so insecure when my dick isn't much smaller than the average, I think ironically enough, porn has a lot to do with this. We always see these really big men and we assume it's the standard and we can even get down on ourselves and think we're not desired because we're not hung like porn stars, but this is just bad thinking. It's good to know so many of the forum members and other men realize and acknowledge this, makes me feel less insecure about my size and I'm sure others who are on the smaller end reading this will feel the same.

      To answer the question though, as a vers/bottom, yes absolutely I would have sex with a dick that's 4.5 inches, most of the dicks I've had sex with haven't been much bigger and I've always orgasmed  👼 It's the person attached to the dick that's the most important factor.

    • RE: How often do you get tested?

      I get tested every 3 months with my family physician and also get full blood workups done, better to be safe and know everything about your health, and on a regular basis, than be sorry.

      I also haven't had sex since my last relationship over 3 years ago, but I still insist my doctor do the HIV test every time I do my blood work. It's nice to always have an up-to-date status for when I do get back into another relationship. I don't do hookups either.
