While highly credentialed in nuclear waste (a topic that I have decent knowledge) he seems to be a failure as a member of society (beyond the thefts, there are serial lies about victimhood thinking no one would ever check). This is beyond the management Peter Principal as he was never qualified for management, just tech support, and he was a failure as a token. It is almost as if the Biden Administration looked for someone at the extreme end of the LGBT (stopping it there intentionally) spectrum that would fail spectacularly for some devious reason that I can't figure out, too many red flags on this fabulous one (and stolen red dresses). He sets back the transgendered and gives ammo to the haters. WTF?
