    • RE: How can a game be 64 gb?

@lololulu19 It all boils down to 4k textures.

You see, for videogames to look good each object requires a few textures which are Color Map, Normal Map, Roughness Map. So you need 3 images per material.

And yes, they've been using this for years, so what changed? The main culprit is 4k and High Resolution. As an idea a single 4k texture can range between 5mb-20mb. So the textures of a single object might be around 30mb. And a reminder that big objects might need more than a single material.

We also need to consider how much bigger games are nowadays, and how many objects are in each scene. And that's how games get to gigantic amounts.

To reduce that the designers could either drop texture resolution, which would result in blurry low res textures, or do a lot of compression, which would increase load times.

3D models aren't very heavy, but in the amounts they use, it does occupy a hefty amount. Now programming barely occupies anything.

And yes, lack of polish does help increase the size of the videogame, but even a very well polished game like Baldurs Gate 3 occupies 150GB.

    • RE: Como baixar vídeos do Onlyfans?

    • RE: Looking for a site to upload private porn videos?

@gaztunk The reply is a little bit late, but still, hehe. If you have a lot of porn I highly recommend getting a NAS. NAS is a device where you put one or more hard drives in it and it allows you to access your files through the internet.

So basically you have your own personal Cloud Storage. You are the only one who can access it (you can share it if you want), and you can stream your files from anywhere in any device. Plus it's quite easy to copy all your files, and keep them organized, it also allows you to save space on your computer since you can just keep the files in your NAS (I'd still recommend having a back up hard drive just in case).

I've been really happy with mine, it was really worth it, I have more than 1tb there. And because it's yours nobody will ever take it down. Depending where you live it's not expensive (you can get one for $150 + $70 for a 4tb hard drive).

    • RE: Changing android phone service provider - HOW?

There's no secret to changing providers, just take your phone to the provider you want and tell them that you want to change, they'll fix it for you.

As for your current contract, most contracts that lock you is because your bought your phone with the plan, so for most you just need to pay whatever is left of the phone and you're good to go.

    • RE: What's everyone using for their media management?

@jrewingwanna @Kenno Jonh already answered, but it's this one here:
      https://stashapp.cc

If I understand it correctly it uses it's own database so you have to create it yourself, you have to input the actors and tags by hand for instance, but it does grab the information on the files and automatically identify which actors are in which movies (if the information is present on the movie file), it also can sort Tags and Studios, I'm also not sure if it does streaming to other platforms. Like I said it's not nearly as smart as Plex or others.

But the things I like about it is that it's extremely editable, you can add actors and link tags to those actors, you can add any tags you want, you can search for videos that have all the tags you want, you can separate the scenes in your movies, etc...

So it's kinda of a trade of, it's definitely more annoying to maintain, but it's so much better to organize and find stuff.
