The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA, academy that brought us The Oscar) pointed a finger at the world's most notorious online and physical marketplaces for pirated TV and film content on Monday and named the worst online offenders as based in Russia, the Netherlands and New Zealand.

The worst physical markets for pirated movies are in Brazil, Canada – Toronto, to be exact – and China.

The new list, submitted by the MPAA to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, features several direct download and streaming cyberlocker sites, linking websites, peer-to-peer networks and BitTorrent portals that all offer users illegal access to video content.

About the 2 torrent that you mention, they don't need to be promoted, they only need to be reseeded, because they're dead or no seeder (S: 0), as the system itself do not promote a dead torrent. All you need is just hit the Request Re-Seed button, below on the torrent page. The system will send the uploader a request to reseed the torrent, in while, all we can do is wait with hopeful that the uploader will reseed the torrent again so it can be downloaded and live again.

Recently I found various Themed Movie torrents which is not enough to meet our Non-porn uploading rule:

No need to be frustrated for. Giving a thanking should be just our honest willingly to give thanks for person of what we got from them. Maybe its just me and that's what I feel when I gave someone seed bonus. So, I don't really pay much attention to whom I gave the bonus. I'm happy for what I got or I'm grateful for someone works (even though I didn't download the torrent), I give the bonus to whomever, ghost or real user, with a hope that someone on the other side is happy for what he got as I'm happy for what I gave.

There is a comment box :cheesy2: You can tell how grateful you are there, with hope the origin uploader or the seeder will read it and comment there, so there is a chance to exchange information. It happened to my torrent once. He comment on my torrent saying that he's really thankful. So, we add each other as friend and next communication get so much easier because we can send PM to each other from buddy list even with strong profile setting :hug2:

I'm not an expert on this issue and I don't remember uT default setting, but do you set your Maximum upload rate to 0 (0 = unlimited)?
