There's a couple things to unpack here.

First, porn in itself isn't bad (there's this wave nowadays of demonizing it), but as everything else it can be harmful if it becomes an addiction or start to interfere with your life.

Second, the not enjoying part, you said you still enjoy 20% of the time, what is different about those times? Not everyone is compatible, everyone has had not stellar sex experiences. So is it a matter of expectation or lack of compatibility?

Lastly, if you believe porn is ultimately the culprit and you're addicted my advice would be seek professional help. You could try methods that people use to get out of addictions, if they work for you great, but if you can't professional help might be your best bet.

I don't think you understand how Copyrights work. In short when someone creates something and puts it on the internet they can legally decide what other people can do with it. In the case of porn, I'd say for most of it people are forbidden from sharing, you just need to read the copyright in the porn website. So basically the only people that can share porn are the ones that have the copyright. So, since you don't own the copyright, you are not legally allowed to share it.

But why only some get flagged? Because for something to be taken down there must be someone flagging it. Gaytorrent is a popular torrent website, so most likely it has more people keeping an eye on what's here. So it isn't that the other websites are allowed, it's that it's hard to keep track of stuff, so some things get flagged while others don't, some websites are more targeted while some aren't, some companies are better at flagging stuff while others aren't.

Yeah the basic way is right clicking on the page, going to Inspect Element, finding the video and downloading. Usually when you can do that you can use extensions as well.

But yeah, lots of websites can block that. The workaround I found is you play the video, then you click Inspect Element, go to Sources, then you browse there until you find the video, and you copy that link. Then you go to VLC, Convert/Save, Network, then you paste the link there and it'll save it. It'll be pretty hard the first time on any website because the video might be hard to find, but still it should work. I also found that it's better to open the sources page, and then play the video, because then the part where the video is will load and appear there, so you can have a better idea of where it is.
