I know I already posted this topic a little while ago, and I did learn a few great solutions to get the job done., But now it seems all of them are no more working, and that includes Online video download helper - 9xbuddy, Viddly YouTube Downloader and MediaHuman Youtube Downloader. I believe Youtube did some fucking things to their backend recently to prevent ppl from illegally downloading the video. If you encountered the same problem like me or you have new better way to download the video, pls share with me and others. Your help is greatly appreciated.

@eobox91103 , thanks guys. I really like to watch and download bodybuilding videos. It sucks that youtube have been trying to stop ppl from downloading their videos. None of the addons on firefox browser are able to do the job. Hope the software you mentioned still works well as now.
