@bi4smooth Yea well that's because of the monumental number of dead people who voted. For starters. The idea that there were more ballots than voters in NY, which has strict voting laws. And honestly you have no place making declarations about it. The audit will count all the 20s, 50s, and 100s in the drawer. And you're claiming Trump is just a loser and insinuating that the audit isn't justified is bullshit. The audit is justified because that's what the people demand. We know there was fraud, and we DO NOT Trust the election system for good reason.

I'm saying that when the "auditor" shows up and says "I'm going to audit your books and prove you defrauded people" that is no audit... that's a prosecution.
Your analogy to a bank audit is flawed because they don't audit banks by counting the cash - and nothing else! This is more like an IRS audit - where the IRS shows up and seizes everything and spends years trying to PROVE you lied... Kinda like they're trying to do to Trump right now (and it's unfair to HIM ... yup, that's right, I take HIS side in that one!)

You think a State Legislator (part-time, mind you) can "have someone arrested"?
He was making an empty threat against a fake circumstance!
Garland never suggested he would come to AZ and interfere with the elections there... and if he did want to go do something there, it would have to be under Federal Law (which doesn't exist WRT counting votes), and he would have to have a Federal Court Order - to do anything!
To think otherwise is to fail to know even the basics about our Criminal Justice System - state OR federal!

As an attorney for many years, including both study and practice of Constitutional law, I can assure everyone here, with absolute certainty, that there is (1) no legal mechanism for a "redo" of the US presidential election at this point; (2) no way that Trump can be sworn into office as president without him having won the next presidential election; and (3) if you get rid of Biden, then Kamala Harris will become president.....Hell, even if you impeached both of them, then Nancy Pelosi would become president, NOT TRUMP! After Pelosi, it would be Patrick Leahy, the President Pro Temp of the Senate. I mean, you can go down the entire constitutionally and legislatively created line of succession for the Presidency and you won't hit Trump anywhere along the way.
The ONLY way Trump gets back into that office is if he runs AND wins a second election.
You can do all of the recounts, audits, throwing of chicken bones, consulting with the oracles, or beseeching of the bog witches magical visions....no amount of fraud is going to take Biden out and put Trump in. There is no legal mechanism for that AT ALL. End of story. Fin.

I want audits because I hate voter fraud.
Fake conservatives and liberals want to prevent audits, because they are afraid that we might find out that Trump actually won and give the other side ammo against Honest Joe AND that their cheating will be exposed.
As Steven Crowder showed, there is voter fraud when people are using an unused parking lot as their physical address. Likewise, people are using self-storage units as their physical address and many other things.

@hubrys Not true. The electors can be recalled by the Senate. The Senate in each state sets their own election laws. The basis for law in this country doesn't allow fraud and provides a remedy. You are wrong. If it is shown, and it will be, that there was fraud, that voids the election period. That is the law. There is no way you can be an attorney and actually say something so wrong and stupid.
