I have been meeting with a guy for some time on Grindr. We met several times already.
Our last meeting was on Oct 6th. Today, Nov 6th, I visited his profile on Grnidr only to find a picture of a trans-woman.

I don't know if his account got hacked, but it says that he is currently ~12,000 km away. His profile states that he is trans. It is likely that he went abroad for the surgery.

Based on the picture, it looks like the operation is finished. Is it really possible to have surgery this quickly?

As far aas I know, it's a multi step process which takes a some time, even when things go perfectly.

Usually they start with feminization surgery to give a general female appearance. The healing process takes an average of 6 months. You usually have ro wait until you are fully healed before you can have another surgery.

"Bottom surgery" has some issues, as seen in Lilly Tino's (ignoring the vile things she does) videos and elsewhere.

Circumcised guys lose penis skin, which often causes the hair to go from public area and goes up the shaft. The hair has to be removed permanently from the shaft before it be turned into a vag canal. Lilly Tino faces this issue. She has had her testicles removed, but still has a penis because they won't do the full surgery until she can go at least 1 year without the hair on the shaft regrowing.

Another issue is circumcision and puberty blockers causing a lack of shaft skin to create a vag canal. This can be cured by either ballooning the penis skin or using the colon.

All of this makes me think it's impossible to have it done so soon and be healed, even if there is a specialist clinic that is willing to do everything in a single surgery.
