For starters, gay porn is considered to be obscene, and nothing obscene can be copyrighted, so forget about DMCA.
With that said, I think that the IDEAL scenario is for individual scenes get uploaded, and if someone likes that scene, they will then look for other works by the same studios and performers in DVD format or purchased from High Quality online sources.
Frankly, the vast majority of porn is garbage, and nobody can afford to pay for garbage. I probably download about 2% of what is uploaded to this site, and of that 2%, I delete 90% of those.
For example, I recently commented about a video with Brandon James in it. Brandon made TWO good scenes, all the rest of them are trash. In one movie, they sell the movie with a mini clip of Brandon that is 2 seconds long. If you watch the entire movie, those 2 seconds are the ONLY part of the movie that Brandon is in!

I have seen no evidence of this when it comes to porn and DMCA. There are ample examples of judgements for infringing porn copyrights. Googling Corbin Fisher is an easy way to find several of them. There are also other studios/producers who have sued and won.

I have pointed out the facts in detail many times, showing that gay porn is NOT protected by DMCA, so nobody needs to worry about it.
There should be a CHECKBOX when joining this site that says:
"DO YOU BELIEVE THAT SHARING TORRENTS OF GAY PORN IS ILLEGAL?" and if the person checks YES, then their membership should be denied and they should redirected to the Disney Channel - where they will sue your ass in a second if you ever share any of THEIR content.This is not unlike when stores that sell porn have signs up telling people that if they are members of law enforcement, they are not welcome in the store. That is actually a BIG hit to their businesses, because law enforcement people are typically into hard core porn!

Do you not think your statement above should apply to those sources too? After all, you're not going try and argue that those things aren't covered by DMCA, are you?
I would like to finish by saying that in the case of this post I'm strangely proud of you. Unlike many of your more controversial posts you have at least returned to try to engage with responses rather than simply stride into the room and leave a steaming turd on the floor before walking out and watching from the window while everyone loudly complains about how much it stinks. So yeah, points for that.

HOWEVER, as a precaution, I suggest that all STRAIGHT porn be removed from this site! Here is a list of studios owned by STRIKE 3 HOLDINGS - none of which anybody ever heard of except for VIXEN

The simple fact is that you can't get your head around the issue. According to you copyright isn't an issue at all, yet you can't stop banging on about it. I'm pretty sure you said in the past that you've had content removed for DMCA, so this all sounds like bitterness. Just get the fuck over it and move on with your damn life.
What exactly are you hoping to achieve with all the posts on this topic? Do you expect the site owners to say "Oh, well Lollicopters said we're ok, so I guess we can ignore everything else." I've got a better idea. They should just respond to all DMCA takedown notices by providing your contact details and let you deal with it. Job done, and it might give the rest of us a bit of peace and quiet!
