“Pfizer CEO: New Pill Will Have a Microchip That Transmits Info Once You Swallow It!”

Ok, so this is actually an article debunking the covid pill having a microchip, but it does go on to say that another drug, approved by the FDA, actually has a microchip in it.
Here are the points;
-
The FDA approved microchip transmitters in medicine, so the precedent is now there.
-
Left-leaning PolitiFact called it "false", when in fact it is partially true, as such a medicine has been approved, even though it was the wrong medicine.

So the tech was approved in 2017 by the FDA. I wonder if and how it's been used. -

Let's see: The Food and Drug Administration is part of the US Dept. of Health and Human Services, which reports to the president of the US. Who was that in 2017? Must have been a nasty liberal socialist communist.
Oral capsules with transmitters have been used for research purposes as early as the 1990's (if not before) as a way of monitoring a person's "core temperature" on a continuous basis, such as for astronauts on short space missions. They can be useful for that, but the subject (the person who takes the pill) has to stay reasonably near a receiver, as the pill has very low transmitting power, and they only work for a day or so before they are "passed" out the subject's back door. They aren't useful for long-term purposes.
But people should be concerned about their personal data being harvested and used. Anyone with a reasonably modern mobile phone (e.g., iPhone or Android less that 15 years old) is constantly telling Apple or Google where they are and how fast they're going--that's how Google Maps shows traffic speeds. I have friends who attend 12-step recovery meetings and leave their phones at home so their attendance can't be determined by data miners.

You admit that the transmitters have been in pills since the 1990s, which is Clinton.
There's also the gut camera pill. I don't know if the tech has improved, but you swallow the pill and wear a fanny pack (bum bag in the UK) that records the images broadcast from the pill as it goes through your system.

I don't need to "admit" anything. But yes, these are diagnostic tools, for short term use administered with the full informed consent of the patient.

I've heard of these, although I've never understood how useful they are. With a colonoscope or endoscope, one can point the camera at items of interest.

The FDA is an independent agency or so that is what the current nasty liberal socialist communist tell us. LOL

No, the FEDERAL RESERVE is an independent organization... the FDA, as was correctly noted above, is one of the 11-or-so agencies under the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS)
But, don't take MY word for it, why not ask the HHS website?

To the point of the topic...
YES: Pfizer (and other Pharma companies) have pills that have a tiny chip in them... the value of this is to be able to see if the patient ACTUALLY TOOK the pill.
The transmitter doesn't stay for long - it is NOT absorbed by the body - so, like so much of what you put INTO the alimentary canal, it cycles through your stomach and intestines and makes its way OUT within 2-3 days. Also, its more of an RFID kind of tech - after all, there is no power supply!
This is not the same as some kind of super-tiny microchip in the vaccine (whose needle is smaller than a human hair follicle!) that can be used to spy on you!
(Those will be in the COVID-25 booster liquid-gels that the Nazi secret-police will force down your throats!)

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they AREN'T out to get you!
-
It's not being paranoid I am a realist. Their has been to many benign discoveries that the federal government have twisted into something horrible.
Examples:
The Patriot Act used to spy on American citizens, you do remember Carter Paige or maybe the over reach of the NSA as exposed by Wikileaks.
You can go back even further and turning the discovery of nuclear fission into the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki

We can agree that the Patriot Act (enacted as a result of the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks on NYC and WDC) was an overreach and one of the most egregious assaults on privacy in the history of our country. I was awful legislation, wide open to abuse - by Republican and Democratic led governments alike! - by its very design.
I said at the time it was passed that we should heed Ben Franklin's warning: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, shall surely receive neither." (Mind you: Franklin wrote this same idea multiple times - writing from England before the start of the Revolution, writing to the the Governor of Pennsylvania, writing his own memoirs, etc. Not every instance is as ominous, nor as consequential - the one to the PA Governor was in support of NOT raising taxes to fight the French & Indian War!)
But back top the main topic:
If the fact that they put the equivalent of an RFID chip in a pill so that they could ensure that schizophrenic patients actually took their medication puts the "scare of God" into you, well I honestly pity you. Science will move on, in spite of your fears.
But just so you're aware: This chip is already in use, and was approved by the Trump FDA, not the Biden FDA - it was approved in 2017!!!
But let's look more closely at the underlying conspiracy theory here: that there are microchips in COVID-19 tests or vaccines....
Do you know where this comes from?
This comes from an IDIOT who conflated an idea floated by Bill Gates (the Lord Evil Rich One) who posited that we might use "digital certificates" to track who has, and who has not, received the vaccines.
BEWARE the Digital Certificates! (BTW: You download one every time you click on something in this site! If the URL says https then you're using a digital certificate!)
Somehow, digital certificates became tracking chips - why? because of idiots who jump to conclusions about tech they don't understand.
For the record: there is no hardware - needed, or even really possible - for a digital certificate!
If you're afraid of digital certificates, just turn off your computer and crawl into a dark corner and cry... they're literally EVERYWHERE on the Internet!

So are you claiming that the FDA is no longer an independent agency? Then you would have to agree that everything the FDA has said since that time is political rather than Science based.
But let's look more closely at the underlying conspiracy theory here: that there are microchips in COVID-19 tests or vaccines....
This is about a pill you swallow not a test or a shot. Besides if it was in a pill it would pass without gaining more then a snap shot if anything at all. They would have to administer the pill and make patients wear the receiver during the time it was in your system and return the data back to the hospital. So you as the patient would have to give consent the whole way thru.

Independent of WHAT exactly? It's an agency in the Dept. of HHS! It is independent of the CDC, and of the NIH, but not independent from "the Government" - it IS the Government!!
The Federal Reserve is an Independent Organization - while the Board of Governors is appointed by the President, there is no oversight or other power over them. Once appointed, the Governors server their term, and they cannot be removed. (I'm not sure, but I don't even think they can be impeached!)
The FDA "ain't that....
If there is anything Heir Trump taught us, it is that no Governmental Agency is above being influenced by the Office of the President!
Honestly, it'll take DECADES of "good behavior" to repair the damage Trump did to the reputations of the CDC and FDA!

Ummmm.... are you trying to make my point?
The goal of putting the RFID "chip" in the pill was to be able to run a detector over the psycho-patient's gut to ensure that they'd taken the medication! If it stuck around (vs. being crapped out), it wouldn't server its purpose, as you need to "evacuate" the old "chip" to make way for the new one coming in with the next dose!
But the rest of what I was posting about was in reference to the whole conspiracy theory about tracking chips in the vaccines and tests for COVID-19 that are the source of the fear-mongering that inspired the original posting!

You are dilutional and in need a medical attention to remove that stick from out of your ass.

I think I am far from being dilutional - Indeed, I believe I am at full-strength!
Oh, wait - I think you may have meant DELISIONAL? ... English can be such a difficult language...
Well, as with many of your posts (@raphjd's too) that are nothing but personal attacks or name-calling, I won't bother to reply... instead, I'll let the "gentle readers" of the forum decide for themselves...

Yeah, yeah, Ms Feng Feng, you lost and you know it.
