        No, not only a shower.
        You need to use the toilet even if you dont feel like you need to.
        Then after you finish, you use a sterile special bottle of sterile water. It has like a nozzle (like the hair dye bottle)
        You get the nozzle inside your rectum and push some water inside. Remove the bottle and get the water out. Repeat that till you feel or see no dirts coming out with water.
        Preferably repeat it just before the penetration.

          I don't do anything…. I have a boyfriend tho and his dick is not huge. Never had any problems.

          We use wet cleaning tissues as toilet paper tho, baby whipes. So it's very clean down there all the time 😛

            I leave that kind of 'prep' to my husband who, amazingly, is ALWAYS 'clean' regardless of what time of day or situation. (I've been known to just walk up behind him while he does mundane household chores like wash the dishes etc and he NEVER disappoints)

            This question gives me some indication/insight as to what he does in the bathroom for seeming HOURS sometimes tho!

              same here dude, my man is always clean there, i never tasted anything while I rimmed him. It's weird.  I think those baby whipes help a lot tho.

                  A theory of mine, is that my boy has such a big ass that the outer end where my tongue reaches always stays clean cos  the entrance is just so long that nasty shit can't reach the opening.  My dick never had shit on it either.

                  But as I said he does use baby whipes, so it's 100% clean after every toilet visit.

                      I never clean my ass, just normal whipe after i take a dump with wet toilet paper, or baby whipes. never had any problems.

                        This is a subject I'm pretty curious about, as I've recently gotten pressure from a companion of mine to try bottoming for the first time, and it's not something I've ever had to worry about in the past, beyond what a normal non-receptive-anal-sex person in the world would have to think of. The thing that's always concerned me is that my … er ... "digestive" schedule doesn't seem to allow for the kind of spontaneity that I keep hearing about anecdotally. I've always had experiences where my bottom knows when and where something is going to happen, but I've never really probed too deeply into any (if at all) prep work went into the "before"s of that.

                        As far as I'm concerned, the idea of just going bottom's up for any guy and expecting to be CLEAN while not really being sure of what could happen ... that's the most worrisome part of the idea for me. If that's not graphic enough. 😉

                        I don't mind the idea of bottoming for the right guy and I intend to get some practice, though. Someone please educate me if I'm wrong to worry about this, haha.

                            Well, both of us never had any problems with poop. But ofcourse you should not hump right after you taken a shit, and not right before you feel something breweing down there. I have no idea how long, but probably an hour after you are safe.  I think the poop magically hides as deep it can inside you, at least from having my dick and fist up someone's ass it feels that way.

                            Also you should eat fiber and yoghurt, so you have good steady poop, not loose  :crazy2: :crazy2:    Too many nuts and other digestive unfriendly foods can make your poop bad.

                                    Sometimes there might be a bit of mess, no matter how much preparation goes into cleaning. Your innards is like a conveyor belt system. Once it plops out one end, the next lot slides into place unless you're tubes are empty. But so what? Does it really matter? It's only a bit of poo. If there's any mess, you both act like mature adults about it and calmly wash without freaking out = sorted! A little cuddle to show understanding and continued love/respect will always help too  :hug2:

                                          It's all about nutrition! Watch what you eat and when, so you get to be regular in the toilet at a certain time of the day. Cranberries, blueberries and goji berries help a lot!

                                            I clean out for far more than if I was just getting fucked, I regularly get fisted, so I need to have a good deep clean
                                            About 6 hours before play I take a couple of loperimide capsules to slow movement down
                                            2 hours before play I douche well using a nozzle attached to my shower (until I run clear)
                                            1 hour before play I have another loperimide
                                            30 mins before play I douche well again (running clear again)
                                            I can then play for hours without any issues

                                            Certain foodstuffs should be avoided, especially peanuts! Quite a few guys I know have issues if they had cooked onions the day before too
