I was a member of the Yahoo! group for BG East and Kid Leopard who runs the BGEast website and took down the listings said that Doug personally asked him to remove the public listings of his name because he's a teacher now somewhere where some person who was trying to attack his reputation was referring people (probably anti-gay conservatives) to the website as some kind of proof that he was a danger to the children he was teaching.

It started happening gradually, within the last couple of months, to the best of my knowledge. Oddly enough they haven't all been removed yet.
