Houstonian Elliot Cope shot to fame as a high schooler who was born a female but was a trans-boy who identified as a CIS girl. Sadly, there was a real trans person at the school who had been out since early junior high. Everyone accepted her until Elliot Cope started its shit, then most people turned on the real transperson too.

UPDATE/EDIT:So apparently LPSG (which I hate this fucking forum so much. I guess it's a gay porn gossip site? I know of it, and yeah smh.) this entire time had some secret information. I swore I googled until the cows came home, and couldn't find this. Next court/trial docket is March 5, which is a few days from now.

So Ludwig apparently is skipping court dates (although his counsel is successfully filing motions for this for whatever reason) and it turns out he recently had a felony bench warrant for assaulting a roommate a week before this all happened, so due to that, he was transferred to another facility.

It is looking like his lawyers are trying to get "Ludwig" out on bond in the interim, and meanwhile before trial starts, on ankle monitor/gps tether. But there are other reports saying the incident wasn't premeditated, and they are talking with the district attorney to alter details about the case.

All in all, we still don't have much answers, other than a nice court update for March 5th. This entire time, you can argue which no news is good news. But it's something, and we shall see, with this case.

@leatherbear I have not followed this case closely, but two questions that come to mind are...

he was still alive after the beating. do you think they intended to kill him? And if so, why did they leave him alive? Perhaps they thought he was dead? And.. wasn't he TIED to a post? Truly some sick bastards.

What did he die from? Blood loss? Infection? Embolism? Brain Damage? I would hope that if someone was still alive days after a beating, that they would pull through unless they had brain damage.

I was read the last rites about 19 months ago due to smoke inhalation, and burned lungs, and told that I was going to die. When I heard that they were preparing to harvest my organs for donations, I got out of that hospital within minutes, and have since made a 100% recovery.
