New Mexico's Attorney General says Grisham so far out, he can't defend her.

In a letter sent to New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham on Tuesday, state Attorney General Raul Torrez said that his office would not be defending her administration in lawsuits related to her blocking the carrying of firearms.

"I am writing to inform you that my office will not defend your administration in the above referenced cases challenging the Public Health Emergency Order Imposing Temporary Firearm Restrictions, Drug Monitoring and Other Public Safety Measures 9the Emergency Order) issued by the Secretary of Health on September 8, 2023," the letter stated.

"Though I recognize my statutory obligation as New Mexico’s chief legal officer to defend state officials when they are sued in their official capacity, my duty to uphold and defend the constitutional rights of every citizen takes precedence."

@raphjd Good luck with that... Many of the nurses that I know that were let go because of their refusal to accept the jab have started finding other work in another field and refuse to go back to the employers who fired them for exercising their right to refuse, which is granted under the patient bill of rights.

They created this mess all by themselves, so they can get out of their sticky situation all by themselves.

Our "so called" liberal party loves to try to bash the conservative party, failing to realize that if they actually did their homework, it was actually the liberal party that either rolled out the changes or created the problem that they're all up tight about.

@raphjd Somehow I'm not surprised. I said right from the very beginning of this whole plandemic that something wasn't right and that it made no sense whatsoever, and as it turns out, I wasn't crazy after all for making these assertions.

@raphjd That's kind of racist... This implies that different races or cultures are held to different standards, or that they are expected to learn and perform at different levels in order to qualify.

IMO, the same standard should be held to everyone, regardless of any physical characteristics.
