Ethically - not legally, as laws can be wrong - but ethically - crimes -by definition- are actions which have victims. Such as murder, rape, theft & child exploitation.
& actions which are victimless, like adult-consent sexuality, homo, hetero, bi group whatever - -by definition- of being victimless, ethically they cannot be crimes.
