They have a specific criteria of mass shooting, I think. I believe it was 3+ victims. But it's government, they play around with stats. Like during covid, they were putting covid in the death certificates even if a person died due to a vehicular accident. But tested positive for covid postmortem.

However, in terms of homicide. Black people are the majority culprit.

@raphjd I am certainly not saying that governments don't lie and do horrible things. The fact that Kissinger has been allowed to reach 100 a free man is a travesty, for example.
