McKinsey consultants, around 2015 I think, did some study to show DEI boosts profits, like, your company is more profitable with "diverse" executives. It was often cited, to spread DEI.

Yesterday I saw something about, how no one ever duplicated that study.

Irony is: if only McKinsey had meant ideological diversity - prevent groupthink - they might be right?
