I booked an appointment next week with a doctor. I just wanted to ask people who use them, do they cause any problems. So I can tell the doctor what I did or no. (Being gay in the middle East isn't acceptable as you may know).

I started testing it last year. I've done it every now and then. I did it recently and I'm feeling its getting harder to get an erection and it doesn't stay for as long as it used to.
