We are not aware of any issues with the tracker currently. If you are unable to connect only to the tracker, this may be the result of a DNS problem. Some DNS providers for some reason do not like to resolve the IP address of the tracker. There are two ways that you can overcome this.
Use Google DNS by using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers. After changing the DNS, this may require that you either reboot your computer, or that you open an elevated command prompt and run the command "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotes).
Modify your computer's hosts file by adding two lines to your hosts file. This will allow your computer to resolve the IP address of the tracker, without the need for a DNS lookup. Simply add the following 2 lines to your hosts file:
77.247.179.58 tracker.gaytorrent.ru
77.247.179.58 tracker.gaytorrent.tw
