All my downloads turned red and stuck at "finding peers" Even freeleech ones and im not even at low ratio. Anyone can download something? Is server or something down?

im at insufficient ratio. im trying to increase it but it wont begin downloading neither freelech torrents nor torrents that i already downloaded. any ideas please? im on insufficient ratio for months and months there gotta be something that i can do
