Make sure your hairs are as soft as possible before shaving - maybe shave after long warm shower. Use the sharpest blade available, a new one, preferably.
If nothing helps, try some hair removal cream. But only a really small part at first. It may irritate your skin, especially on ballsack. And you don't want to have your balls on fire like this.

For some reason, I like races other than mine with black guys on top spot.
Ironically, I live in a country where you hardly find races other than Caucasian.
