One reason that scumbag libtards and cops seek jobs in government is because people who work in government are largely protected and immune from being held liable for anything.  Two clear examples of that are "diplomatic immunity" and the fact that cops residences are not included in property tax records (but everyone else is).

When people are safe from prosecution, they tend to commit more crimes.  This is why cops commit so many murders and abuses of power, because they know that the odds of them getting away with it are over 99%

See, the thing is, people who are good at math and have common sense understand that the fundamental function of Obamacare was to explicitly cut down on "freeloading" by people without healthcare coverage, something it did an extremely good job of. So what if the top 5% had to pay a tiny smidge more for healthcare coverage in order to allow the bottom 95% to have a fighting chance of surviving? That's what taxes are for, hunntrey! If you can't stomach the thought of spending a few extra dollars in order to help the several millions drowning in poverty survive, you're just another scummy "elite". This is no longer about political parties. This is about the sovereignty of our entire nation. The fact that you people are completely complacent about the countless allegations against Trump - which, regardless of whether or not they turn out to be true, are inherently extremely serious and should not be treated like a joke - is proof of where your values truly are. Instead of obstructing justice, like the whole of the right wing has been doing for ages now, you should be working WITH authorities to make the investigations go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. If they turn out to be not true, then great, good for you. But if you're so sure about his innocence, why are you so scared of letting the investigations continue unhindered? For that matter, why is HE so scared of letting the investigations go on?

The fact of the matter is that we've gotten to a point where we can't afford to be not angry about the state of the world anymore, because our passivity has let it become so fucked up thanks to people like Trump and the alt-right. After all, people can only be so nice in the face of blind, aggressive hate before they snap. It's like you folks always love to say: "it's just the pendulum swinging back in the other direction." And now that you guys are getting a taste of your own medicine, you can't handle it. Sad.

The reason you got downvoted is because this is (yet another) bullshit attempt at politicizing a non-issue in order to spread your anti-woman rhetoric, and people can see through it because it's comically blatant.

This may come as a shock to some people because of the blanket-smothered perspective that the media generates, but just like in the Western world, there's an extremely wide berth of variety in terms of microcultures. Even in the Middle East, metro areas are just factually more liberal, and thereby less homophobic. The further away from major cities you go, the more conservative it gets, and thereby the more influenced by extremist religious ideas (i.e. homophobia).

Now of course, the key difference is that there are things like religious police in a lot of Middle Eastern countries, which does make it inherently more dangerous to be visibly "out", but you will probably be fine as long as you don't draw attention to yourself as a gay person.

The side effect of this extreme oppression is that it's naturally funneling LGBT people toward major cities, which is also true in the West, but it's much more pronounced of a phenomenon in the Middle East. This does mean that, because there's a higher saturation of gays in these areas, it's much easier to hook up, but it's not something I would personally recommend doing because of the inherent dangers.
