Seriously tho, these freaks are all over the place and in every country.

The rules say that for every hour the system registers you as a seeder, you get 0.5 points. or 1 point every two hours.

But does that mean for each file you are seeding?
as in seeding 12 files would be 6 points every hour.

or would it be 1 point every 2 hours regardless of the number of files you seed.
